Overview
HTML Editor Plus is a unique HTML editor that has the ability to let you choose from a selection of common javascript codes, such as rollovers and browser detection. It also has something called "AutoCSS", which enables the process of producing CSS to be easier. HTML Editor Plus also allows for the code to be in many different fonts and styles, and it allows the user to change the color of parts of it's GUI. It depends on the .NET Framework 2.0.
